A brief explanation of the term Top Producer:

Coldwell Banker presents awards to Realtors and Broker Associates to recognize various high levels of achievement.

The men and women who have achieved the highest production in various categories are recognized as "Top Producer".   

In 2003 I was among the top four percent of Coldwell Banker Sales Associates worldwide, a distinction that earned me membership in a group called the President's Elite.  

I have previously been recognized one or more times by Coldwell Banker as Top Producer for:

• highest performance in Closed Volume

• highest amount of Buyer Controlled Sales

• highest number of Listings Sold

• highest performance in Listings Taken

In addition, I have been recognized by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel as a Top Producer in various articles that have appeared in the Real Estate Supplement of that newspaper since 1999.  

I owe these achievements to the loyalty and bonds I have built with customers and my community.  People who know me appreciate my professionalism and hard work, meticulous attention to detail and my high level of integrity.
