The City of Hollywood Florida is being rediscovered and Hollywood Real Estate prices are following accordingly.

The Hollywood city government is pursuing development and encouraging people to relocate to Hollywood Florida with programs like beach renourishment, development of magnificent Young Circle Park and  promotion of Hollywood tourism and development. 

Hollywood Beach features the only beachfront boardwalk in Florida.  Hollywood provides exceptional diving and eco-adventure venues and fantastic fishing opportunities.  

Cultural events in Hollywood are sponsored and promoted by the Hollywood's Parks and Recreation Department as well as the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood and a surprising array of galleries, free concerts, theatre and dance performances right on the beach.

The amphitheatre in Young Circle park and the Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center bring good quality theatre and are making Hollywood a great Florida destination, and the Hollywood Boulevard Theatre brings great community theatre to the area too. 

The Hollywood Florida Chamber of Commerce takes great pride in this city and encourages relocation to Hollywood.
