Riverside Grande is a 40 unit, ten story waterfront condominium that opened early in 2006 on the Intra-Coastal Waterway in Pompano Beach Florida.

At ten stories, the Riverside Grande is well suited to the surrounding area and has features like an Old World brick paved driveway and parking area one would find in a private home.  Landscaping is lush and tropical and the waterfront pool deck features a heated pool and whirlpool spa.  The condo provides a great fitness center with cardio equipment. 

Each spacious residence is a floor-thru design with East and West windows and exposure, so everyone has a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal to watch the luxury yachts breeze by, and all but the D line have a Bedroom Balcony facing the ocean.  Higher floors have ocean views.

Master Suites are unbelievably spacious and have great walk-in closets.  Master Baths are done with marble flooring and marble surrounding the whirlpool tubs.  Marble showers are surrounded by tempered glass.  Master Suites all feature bidets.  Sit-down vanities in Master Suites have granite countertops on European style wood cabinets.

Guest Baths and Powder Rooms are similarly appointed in marble, granite and high end fixtures and plumbing accessories.

For those who are unfamiliar with the area, Pompano Beach is a waterfront city just north of Fort Lauderdale with three miles of beach and a living reef off its shore.  The location of Riverside Grande provides easy access to Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton for business and recreation, and great dining-out.
