Standard features in some units include stainless steel kitchen appliances and tile on the second floor.  Other modifications from the original designs might have been made by original buyers.

Popular features like full granite backsplashes along with crown molding and lighted valances in the kitchens, enlarged walk-in closet in the master suite totally outfitted with custom storage units and more are standard in the Armstrong models.

All four phases of The Ellington are now complete.  Very few units have been offered for resale.
