His knowledge of the market really paid off. Once we made an offer he was first class in helping with negotiations, inspections, and finding great legal help for closing. He even helped us find a great insurance agent. And after close he kept helping with home service contractors, restaurant recommendations. He even hooked us up with a great fish source and a really good handy man. My only problem is we are so happy with house we won’t be able to use him again except as a very pleasant dinner guest!!!
