Some details of the layouts and features of the residences will be confirmed when condo docs are approved by the State of Florida and reservations are converted to sales contracts, probably in August. Building height has been approved at 17 stories, 186 Residences. Graphics presented here are preliminary and subject to change. At this time reservations for units are being converted to sales contracts and prospective buyers are required to deposit 10% of the purchase price with the developer’s escrow account. An additional 10% will be required in October. Invariably, some of those who have reserved units change their minds at this point in the process, so models previously thought to be sold out, including some with ocean views, are again available during a short window of opportunity.
