The following information on floor plans and square footage is offered for reference and is accurate to the best of my knowledge to help my customers who might be interested in purchasing a residence at The Port.    Dry dock condominium facilities are also available for sale.

Dry docks are deeded separately from the residences and leasing will be permitted.

These are the only condominium dry docks anywhere and are about as close to Port Everglades as you can get.  They are reasonably priced, seen as a great investment and are selling quickly as they are located just off Port Everglades.  “Boat-rack-a-miniums” are priced depending on size.

Two dogs/pets per unit are permitted with no weight restrictions.  Usual restrictions on nuisance animals.
